Those cereals are great for your complex carb, but you won't be getting enough protein just from the milk on cereal. Some people mix protein powder into the milk. My husband mixes together milk, protein powder and greek yogurt, and puts in on cheerios with blueberries.
Do you know how to figure out how much protein you need? If you are feeling full in the morning, a shake might be the easiest thing for you to have. You can put fruit in it. I put rolled oats in mine, so it has the complex carb in it, but you could have cereal on the side if you like that better.
