Re: Realizing I have an addiction

hi Michele, what an interesting post. When I read about your -

I feel like I've zoomed
: to step 6, and I'm struggling with
: the fall out.

all my molecules responded with an 'oh yes! remember that'

I had so much of the steps in already, I did a 'zoom' too. it left me feeling better, but a little adrift, and I still got a bit anxious which didnt seem radiant :s9(

So I kept all my good things in, and went to watch the scenery on step 1.

I thought it was a backward step but no - its something about taking the time and experiencing the little things that made my brain re- wire.

I didnt lose a single good thing. but I experienced a lot more. I think, specially talking to others, taking the time, sharing and learning some new things. made an awful lot of difference

you asked about supplements for the detox, and I just loved what you wrote. I felt that was as good a 'supplement' as you can get, that little extra thing that makes it easy for us-

I'm working on
: incorporating emotional and
: physical feelings into my existing
: food journal, which is going to be
: really insightful.

I think thats an amazingly good thing to do for yourself. a strong step 2 is so supportive!

(btwtheres a step 2 intro class starts today if you are interested?I do love a class :h4) it really has helped me lots)

do let us know how that extra bit of journal goes for you!
