as a previous low carber I added browns in and gained a bit. Gone now, with YLD. The funniest thing is though - I dont regret an ounce.It actually helped me - I learnt a lot - not only about me and weight, but about steady, unsteady and what my biochemistry is up to. When I was gaining weight I thought the sky was going to fall in, felt quite hysterical about it really, but then step 3 ( magic for me) was just so settling. My weight settled as I did on 3.

fantastic news on breakfast. glad you are having fun with it. Hope you get to love journal as much as I do. well, that took me till step 3 and into 6 but I love it now
Breakfast sounds easy - but it takes a fair bit of adjustments and planning
sounds as if you are doing really well with it! you could always pop by fitness lists as they are really knowledgeable there
