I don't have an ice cream recipe, but one thing I like to do that feels deserty is to mix a couple of spoonsful of frozen oj concentrate into a glass of cold vanilla soymilk ... tastes just like one of my favourite summer treats ... a creamsicle ... without having the added sugar and whatnot that is in a creamsicle.
