I am a little embarassed...don't get mad! but step 1 is so much harder than I thought. Its been like...10 days, and I still can't seem to do it every day It's so easy to get carried away at nights and the sugar cravings hit, so in the morning I have no appetite, don't want anything until afternoon or so, and its the same cycle all over again.
What I'm able to get down when I DO have something upon waking is yogurt with fruit. I like vanilla flavour, and I like Stoneyfield or So Delicious coconut yogurts. I also heard full-fat milk is better than non-fat milk for the sugar cravings, so I wanted to know if I could have whole milk with a fiber-rich cereal like shredded wheat, fiber one, all-bran. These cereals are fine for me, they never trigger me *ahem: stay OUT of those frosted flakes!!!* says the voice in my head =)
