Hi Allison,
Firstly, curious what does joy-dot mean =) I like the expression, anyway! I too am from New England - born in Boston, Uncle in connecticut, though I'm in northern VA / DC area now, it's so funny how the coldest states on the east coast love their ice cream! I've never had coffee ice cream believe it or not...or maybe i did, just dont remember as, I'm more a tea person myself. Is ice cream allowed on this plan? I get way too triggered by it..but I think it's the texture that appeals to me more than the sugary-ness.
I LOVE creme-like things. But that can be really dangerous for me (STAY out of that Nutella jar! can't stop after one bite, i mean spoon!) So do you recommend starting my mornings with yogurts and fruit? That's what I'm trying anyway. And yogurt with less sugar to begin with, or sweet yogurts are okay for now?
