Day 1 Step 1 Breakfast
Today I woke up with a slight headache...I went to sleep at an irregular time yesterday and that usually results in a migraine when I wake up. Nevertheless I soldiered through and prepared my breakfast. Went online to look up the protein value for leftover Easter ham, them cooked it with 2 scrambled eggs. I added 1 Activia yogurt, a slice of toast with peanut butter, and some baby carrots for good complex carb measure. Should I only have the toast or is toast and carrots okay as far as complex carbs go? I'm topping it off with a cup of sugarless chai green tea (my favorite morning drink). Looks like today is off to a good start.
Now off to eat and take an ibuprofen for my head.
