And regarding peanut butter, have you ever seen those all natural types of peanut butter or almond butter, at a natural grocery store or health food store, that have nothing but the peanuts or almonds? I just got my almond butter out of the fridge, it is from Trader Joe's, and the ingredients label says: dry roasted almonds, sea salt. That's it! It would be easy to make myself in a food processor. Grind those almonds into flour and then....keep going! :h3)
