Hi, I love tea with milk, without any sweetener. English breakfast, earl grey, and lately: matcha! Rooibos is another one that is amazing with milk, and naturally caffeine free, rather than being decaf. I was wondering if these milky teas would make lovely, refreshing ice creams. I love how tea with milk tastes if I don't have time to drink it and end up putting it in the fridge: later, it is so chilled and delicious. I've never made ice cream, but you've got me thinking!
