New... and confused ;)

Hello all! I am a recent "Step 6er" -- cut all sugars almost three weeks ago, and once I got past Day 4 (which was truly brutal, thx Kathleen for the heads up in the book), I'm feeling pretty good :h6)

I am starting to get a little tired of my "safe" foods though, so I've been checking out the recipes and am a little confused about some of the things that I see. Orange juice, peanut butter.... does this stuff not have a lot of sugar? Are you using special sugar-free varieties?

Also, husband (who is the ACTUAL chef around here, I mostly just do as directed) wants to try out a sugar-free bread recipe -- is there a favourite you guys have?
