great realisation about eating late - I didnt want to eat earlier but find that within-the-hour helps me so much!
Love your browns too, great ones. Peanut butter is a favourite of mine but its a bit skimpy for me protein wise , so I have it as a top-up extra really

do you eat cottage cheese, or eggs? they are nice and dense proteins for me.
