Thank you for the great feedback. So do you mean, whole milk is better than even rice, almond or soy milk? I don't really have a preference either way...I'm not too concerned about calories or whatever, I just want the sugar addiction to really calm down and heal. I find that whole milk isn't too different calorically from other milks, just that fat is more. But maybe this is a good thing? Will fat help us to feel more full...and therefore less likely to get those sugar snack urges?
