Hi there,
I realize that you may think you are the only one with this kind of profile but actually it is pretty typical for many, many people who come in. I am not exactly sure what you mean about doing the 7 steps if you are not able to have carbs. Would it make sense to
back up a bit and just do some exploring on step one for a while.
I am sure we can find some carbs that would work for you. Can you say a little about
what you are doing for breakfast?
