Hi Mosaic,
What kind of nano step would you suggest? I am going to do another week of steady breakfast- my husband and I are taking a trip next week for our spring break so it will be a good time to see how I do with breakfast on vacation for more than a weekend. And if goes smoothly, I am going to start journaling, which is something I always enjoy. I am doing the step one list and depression list now. I read all the posts but perhaps it is time for me to start participating more on the lists.
