I just got around to reading this whole post and now I see what you were talking about in your response to my doubting post. Wow, I can really relate. It is hard to just focus on one step, especially if you are used to controlling all other areas of eating. I am hanging in there, trying really hard not to focus much on the rest of the day. I also need to stop trying really hard. I want to find some balance and hopefully this will come as I just keep going. I think starting step 2 for me will help because at least writing about what am eating will perhaps feel like I am moving in the right direction.
So back to the beginning.
Breakfast is better as I learn to experiment.
I am looking forward to feeling better, like I did at the beginning of going quickly.
Slower helps your body and mind learn more thoroughly.
