I am on Step 2 trying to listen to my body and have cut sugar way back knowing binges are a big problem for me. Made the yam bars the night before we left and forgot them (lovely). Brought my breakfast food so shouldn't have a problem keeping on track there.
Will be eating out alot and having late suppers. Had a protein snack yesterday to tide me over. That worked well.
