: I did all the steps swiftly. Well, I
: was nearly there when I started,
: right?. So I added a potato, and
: ticked off all the 1 - 6 boxes. It
: looked like I had everything set.
: But like you after a while I started
: to feel a bit .. bleak? Luckily at
: that time, someone was posting
: about doing a "Revisit"
: to her steps... starting at step
: one.
: so I did the same - and heres what I
: found... that though I had
: everything ticked off as ok, there
: was so much else going on. You'll
: hear us mention 'what is embedded
: in the steps'
: I had to discover all that for
: myself. And I am glad I did.
: Just that experience - was really
: healing for me.
: how do you feel about re reading PnP?
: Imention this, because when I read
: it again after my run through of 1
: - 6, it seemed like a different
: book There was all sorts of
: things that were more meaningful
: that time round And now with
: my step 7, I still like to re
: read, sometimes I just turn to a
: random page and sometimes I read a
: step.
: At the moment I am playing with step
: one, as I have altered my usual
: shake breakfast. I had beefburger
: today, lentil salad, and Im
: finding my body likes it. Good to
: have an experiment
: What do you think?
Hi Mosaic,
Thank you so much for your reply. I did just reread the book and felt like I understood it all just a bit more. I am not particularly scientific and really want this to be my last food plan. I will try to trust all of you. I signed up for "what else is embedded in the steps" I also am taking the step 2 class. I am spending money like crazy, trusting it is for my health and will help me in many ways. I hope this will answer some of the eating issues I have had my whole life. I was convinced I would be low-carb for life, that was what I thought was the best because of insulin spikes. I am somewhat confused but will try to take it one step at a time. Breakfast has been stable for over a month.
IT is good to know someone else has had my experience.
