how about artificial sweeteners. Are we to avoid Splenda, even Stevia? which I have heard many good things about...still, if it makes my brain tricked into craving sugar, I definitely think I should avoid it...

My family loves nutella too, and keeps a jar / buys new ones like every week! this stuff is SO chock full of sugar and it terrifies me. It's always there, calling out my name...well, not physically of course but you know...
