I can't believe how many people dump packets of Equal and Splenda into their coffee...I hear so many controversial things regarding artificial sweeteners that I'm wondering if avoiding all of them is the best?
I can't do honey - it's too sweet for me even (and that's saying a lot!) same with the agave nectar, plus it's very expensive at least in the supermarkets here. I also can't do maple syrup, even the 'organic' kind...that bottle wouldn't last a day!
I'd like to know more about stevia, and is it really considered a healthier alternative to sugar?
Also, how about molasses? Unless it contains honey within it...I haven't tried molasses but I wondered if this would be good to use like in coffee or tea, in place of sugar and cream.
Thanks guys =)
