Hi

I have a Yam/sweet potato cake question.

I have tried to make these before with varying degrees of success (but obviously not that successful, otherwise I wouldn't be posting this question LOL!)

I feel I need

1) a tried and tested method (ie someone has had success making them)

2) specific measurements and method

to make them work.

the reason i am asking now is that I am travelling very very soon and I want to make some to support my program while I am away.

Any help gratefully received.
