I found it really helpful to post every day, because it kept me focused. I settled into the forum as it feels comfy here :h7) you could look in step one list.. or two?

it started off for me as a kind of grim determination ( and a but! but! I feel so anxious!) and turned into something thats fun for me. Let us know if you have a nano step or a connection that appeals :h5)
