Re: doubting
In Response To: doubting ()

I did all the steps swiftly. Well, I was nearly there when I started, right?. So I added a potato, and ticked off all the 1 - 6 boxes. It looked like I had everything set.

But like you after a while I started to feel a bit .. bleak? Luckily at that time, someone was posting about doing a "Revisit" to her steps... starting at step one.

so I did the same - and heres what I found... that though I had everything ticked off as ok, there was so much else going on. You'll hear us mention 'what is embedded in the steps'

I had to discover all that for myself. And I am glad I did.
Just that experience - was really healing for me.

how do you feel about re reading PnP? Imention this, because when I read it again after my run through of 1 - 6, it seemed like a different book :h6) There was all sorts of things that were more meaningful that time round :h10) And now with my step 7, I still like to re read, sometimes I just turn to a random page and sometimes I read a step.

At the moment I am playing with step one, as I have altered my usual shake breakfast. I had beefburger today, lentil salad, and Im finding my body likes it. Good to have an experiment :h4)

What do you think?

(PS I love the link Bevy gave you. That was something that really convinced me when I was in the same place as you. And ... lol I actually think doubting is a good thing, as it gave me all sorts of new ideas and reinforcements later on :h11) )
