Re: doubting

Hi Copper,

It took me quite some time to feel steady emotionally. Since you are just starting over again, maybe just remind your brain that it will take time to balance? That's what I do these days when I know the way I'm feeling is biochemical...like a day 4.

I was fairly new on step 7, and saw a new practitioner for some health problems I was having. He recommended that I cut back on my browns. I thought I would give it a try, and within 2 weeks, my husband asked...*How long were you going to try this experiment?* I realized I wasn't feeling very good emotionally, and he...and my children...had noticed it too. Maybe low carb works for you, but I find browns really help me to feel steady and satisfied and calm.

Hope you'll give it another try!
