Bitter / sour things?
Hi everyone,
Hope I am not writing too much here! I just really need to talk to people who get it...the constant cravings and attachments to sugar. I know it sounds so crazy that sugar could be an addiction (because most people would think, oh, it's food, it's not poison like a drug) but honestly feels like a drug to me...
I have heard that bitter and sour fruits and vegetables can help to take the craving of sugar away. So for example, eating cruciferous vegetables, or lemons, limes, grapefruit, oranges...have any of you found this to be the case?
