You are right - I try to do a lot at once, because I'm so anxious to get rid of my sugar cravings!
I thought that cold-turkey giving up the foods that have lots of sugar was the only way to get rid of these cravings!
I don't have good appetite in the morning, maybe because I eat late at night? Do you guys suggest I work on trying to eat in the morning and have my last meal earlier in the day (no later than 7 or 8 pm?) It's terrible habit I know...I usually find myself with hunger around 10 pm, and then I always want something like cereal, cookies, brownies...
The worst part is I tell myself I'll be better tomorrow...and the next day...I have to break the cycle but it's so hard knowing how!
But in terms of breakfast, the idea of eating first thing in the morning is tough and makes me feel a bit sick, as I'm not use to eating early. The best I could do is probably a cup of plain organic yogurt, like those individual servings they sell at the supermarkets.
Again any advice/suggestions would be great! Just fyi, I am vegetarian so I'm trying to use more nonfat milk and yogurt as protein sources.
