Sorry it is so challenging for you right now.
It really does get better. When it does you will be so delighted for a long time.
Here is what I do when I get stuck. I try something entirely different.
In February it seemed as though I could not face one more bowl of hot oatmeal for breakfast so I switched to another cereal and almond milk.
In the early days of this program I wasn't eating too much sugar so I didn't add it back in and I stayed away from any artificial sweeteners. They were a trigger for my wanting more sweet stuff.
