I can recommend, if you have not already got it, Your Last Diet. It explained a lot of those feelings. As does Potatoes not Prozac of course ... but for me, YLD was immensely comforting.
Have you had breakfast today? I am trying anew breakfast after years of shake I had beefburgers and lentil salad today which is a bit adventurous but I am really liking it Have you ideas about what you'd fancy?
