pretty exhausting, and its much more peaceful now! I got a lot of benefit from my step 3 to calm all that down. The healing started from step one even though I didnt see that at first...

I can recommend, if you have not already got it, Your Last Diet. It explained a lot of those feelings. As does Potatoes not Prozac of course ... but for me, YLD was immensely comforting.

Have you had breakfast today? I am trying anew breakfast after years of shake :h10) I had beefburgers and lentil salad today which is a bit adventurous :h11) but I am really liking it :h6) Have you ideas about what you'd fancy?
