Thank you. Yes, paying attention is working. In a few weeks these will be my new habits :h4)
This whole matter of cutting back on caffeine reminds me so much of steps with the food.
I keep trying to find suitable healthier replacements along the way.
Today it is going to be lemon water with lots of lemon slices in my glass. Green tea is lovely too and I may search for some good Rooibos or red tea.
I haven't become accustomed to iced tea but today may be the day for that. It is going to be 90F.
