You're welcome! I really enjoyed it too - it reinforced for me the knowledge that moving toward being sugar-free (okay, that is scary to me...really reduced sugar, I'll say for now. ) is the healthiest change I can be making right now. It's nice to see that research science is beginning to look more at sugars and their effects on our bodies. I also hope that more sugar sensitive people will learn about who they are and what to do to feel better.
Maybe the next time they feature sugar on 60 Minutes, they'll interview Kathleen! Wouldn't that be great.
