It sure is a battle, isn't it! This program has been amazing for me, and I no longer battle with the sugar monster daily!
Have you had a chance to read any of the website or any of Kathleen's books?
First step is breakfast, and it has 4 parts: enough protein for your body, a complex carb, eaten within the hour, and every day!
I'd love to hear if you have started breakfast yet...and if you have a favorite.
