So, plain or non-fat yogurt and milk is okay? How about non-dairy milk, like rice, almond, um..I recently found coconut milk too...are these okay? They all seem to have low sugar if I get the unsweetened kinds.
It's terrible, my brain is so wired to crave the sugar! the worst is the 4 pm or even 6 pm slump and I'm feeling some hunger...but I keep getting the chocolates for a snack, instead of something better! Sigh..well anyway, it's going to be tough but I've got a whole new month to work on it!
