Newbie
Hello! I am new to this site I just realized that I am a sugar/carb addict and I can't get off this sick cycle. I have been on numerous diets loose a little gain more back and I am constantly thinking about food and my next fix. I love sugary foods, breads, cheese, pizza etc... I really need to stop this madness I am very overweight I am always tired, sad, insecure and angry. Any advice would be appreciated
