I still have to figure out how much protein I need for breakfast! I haven't got round to doing that yet. :s8(
By the way, have you or anyone else ever tried hemp protein shakes?

On an unrelated subject, Greece is indeed a great holiday destination! ..For us living here permanently, things aren't really that good (apart from the weather of course!)
