Kathleen thanks for getting back to me so my protein amounts are taken care off. I will think of my snacks as feeding my baby.

i guess first thing is my breakfast, i normally have steelcut oats and a shake, i'm abit confused about if i'm having the right breakfast. Could the whey not be working for me like colette suggested. The whey is so easy. I need easy in the morning.

with the snacks are rice cakes ok for my brown or would something like brownrice work better.
