Great job asking, you will get some good ideas. We have all been there and learned to work it out. Most important to carry food. I carry shake that way if breakfast is late or stuff I won't eat I have that. I carry browns figure what you like and take it. Crackers are easy. I carry pks of tuna, nuts and cheese sticks. If you know meals are going to be late have a snack. This is not the time to worry about how much you are eating, being stable is important. Relax and have fun with it.
When we travel now my husband knows I carry food, infact he looks in bag to see what he wants to add. I uses to worry about traveling or vacations but now I just prepare ahead and it works out and I have fun. Have a great vacation and good job planning ahead. Chloe
