Less grumbling these days

This morning I added half a cup of cottage cheese to my breakfast and brought the protein total up.

Lunch has been pretty good. And last night I actually ate a real supper. Buckwheat pancakes and sausage. It's very rare for me to even eat a decent supper much less cook it.

And I dug my journal out from under the pile of stuff on my desk. My last journal entry was February 3.

I know I should probably concentrate only on breakfast but these are all things that feel right, the pieces fall into place almost on their own so I'm going with the flow. I mean, it's all very deliberate but I'm not having to force myself, grumbling all the way.
