Worried, going on vacation. Will have access to a kitchen but timing is going to be a factor (late meals, out for lunch). Looking on line for easy recipes and suggestions. Stores will not be easily accessible. Also, it will be over Easter where lots of sweets and goodies will be around so this is adding to my concern. I am in a good place right now and don't want to lose that. Trying to plan now. All help appreciated.
