Hi Cathy,

I just went and read all the dialogue in this thread :h11)

My suggestion is to plan on no more than about 30 grams of protein in a meal.

And to simply have about 20 or so in a snack. If you are breastfeeding, yah basically gotta do em :h6)

you can go back and forth and round and round, but you are feeding two people. Perhaps if you think
of your meals as feeding you and your snacks as feeding your baby, it will be easier.

How can we best support you?
