i have been thinking about trying diffrent protein, i think the protein powder dosent hold me at all i've tryed as much as 50g scoop and still be cranky within 2 hours. The protin powder is so easy and i don't need to think about breakfast.

The last 2 days i've been trying to come up with a diffrent breakfast ideas and just seem to get really overwhlmed. I really don't know what else to have.

This morning at 3 am i tryed double the shake, still felt sick this morning at 6am had steelcut oats and another shake and within 2 hours i felt my bloodsugar dropping.

I'm not sure what to try, starting to wonder if i should give up on trying to work all this out until i give up breastfeeding. My daughter is 22 months i only wanted to breastfeed until she was 2. Not sure how my daughter is going to cope with no more breastfeeding she still seems to need it alot.

No more thought on the organising snacks at yet
