Re: Absent but not gone

oh Barbara, soon as you said 'Greece' I went off into a little dream. Its practically my favourite holiday destination and favourite cuisine :h7)

yes, some products available look brown but are more towards the beige side! I always have a bit of a challenge travelling but can always rely on potato and often sweet potato these days.

: As for breakfast, I've been eating
: All-Bran with organic milk so far.
: I need to make some adjustments
: and I'm still thinking about it!
: I'd like to buy George's shake,
: only I don't like soy, and it's
: really expensive to get here (I
: live in sunny Greece!). Any
: suggestions?

are you a member of radiant Euro list? in UK, lots of people do have Restore delivered and it works out cheaper than you think it might because with the vitamins etc not buying extra. Might be worth asking on Euros as to what they do.

what do you have protein wise with all bran? I got excited just thinking about it because the produce Ive found in Greece is so tasty. When I am visiting I like feta ( Im dairy free a lot of the time but feta is ok, I think, maybe its sheep or goat) chicken with oregano and garlic and any sort of lamb leftovers. Often sausage is nice as it is all meat and no dodgy fillers. I like spanish omelette as well - chilled in chunks

if protein is a bit short my top-up solution is greek yogurt sheeps if I can get it. Normally yogurt isnt a dense enough protein source but as an add on few grams the Greek works for me.
