Hi! Great topic! It sounds as though you decided to start baking the treats for church around the same time you are on step one? It sounds like you are enjoying watching others enjoy eating your treats? How is it going, is it still feeling that way? I know you'll find out what works best for you. Keep thinking about it and playing with the ideas that come up, that's my suggestion, and I'm curious how the process unfolds for you. Recently I made a meal for a family at church. I did include a dessert, but it was a very nutritious sort of rice pudding, without much sweetness, more of a side dish, really. I felt fine about it. In the past, I may have not wanted anything even remotely sweet near me, as I would be feeling its clarion call! So, I just try and listen to my needs and be centered first before I try to give to others...
