You are doing a good job. Remember, you are important too, and don't give up.

Cottage cheese is a wonderful thing, and you can mix so many things into it, like fruit for breakfast, or cucumber and other veggies for lunch.

: raisins. Also a little salt, an
: egg, some butter. I find it very
: comforting right now. It's not
: enough protein for breakfast but
: it's better than fritos. I have
: plans for blueberries and apples.
: I tried nut butter and protein
: powder, didn't like it.

: I'm now in the habit of making a pot
: of brown rice every week.
