Thank you so much for your reply.

As far as the 'browns' are concerned, actually that's all I eat. I don't really eat all these refined carbs anymore. However, after reading the book I realized that I do have to be more careful when reading labels, as some so-called 'brown' products actually contain refined carbs as well. So the book has been a real eye-opener in this respect.

As for breakfast, I've been eating All-Bran with organic milk so far. I need to make some adjustments and I'm still thinking about it! I'd like to buy George's shake, only I don't like soy, and it's really expensive to get here (I live in sunny Greece!). Any suggestions?

It's really exciting that there are people I can talk to about my problems with food without being judged! :h4) :h4)
