i actually like journaling, Somedays i thing i haven't done to great and i look back and see i have done ok. I think it helps me stop trying to control my food so much and relax .
With the shake i tryed georges shake a few years back and that was so easy, but i don't think we can get it through costoms here in Australia. I notice the other day i also i find it easier to graze, i struggle abit to sit down and eat a meal,
