i feel really bad in the morning. Once i eat i feel abit better. I have the same breakfast the less i need to think in the morning the better. I get up grab my shake breastfeed my daughter change her nappy my oats are already cooked in the rice cooker over night put some walnuts, yogut and berries, some mornings i can eat the whole 1/2 cup (dry weight) some mornings i can only eat a few spoonfuls.

i have herd about the brown stacking i thought i might try a peice of toast as well. The cottage cheese pancakes sound like something both my daughter and myself could try.

I have the baby oats in my shake for my snacks, but i have a bit of a thing with food i feel like baby oats are ok for a snack but to processed for breakfast, so my thinking is i need everything to be perfect , i search the internet for the best quality ingredients, the best quality whey, the best quality steelcut oats and once i feel everything is perfect i find it hard to change,
