i weigh 77kg and i am having between 30 to 40g of protein per meal. I also try for 10g per snack. Before bed i have a shake with around 15g, and some times during the night i have a shake as well with 15g.
I know i'm meant to have planned snacks, but that hasn't been happening. Before bed i have one and some nights i wake up and can't get back to sleep i have ashake. I struggle abit with stopping for a morning snack and afternoon snack.
I was lying in bed last night and a thought came to me i need to put some effort into having food ready to go.
So i thought i would spend a day organising some food for the week.
