Sarit, much the same experience as Colette really - only its mine that are not consistent LOL
I like to add pp to mine, and the rest is always a bit of an experiment. sometimes coconut, sometimes peanut. Cheese and cayenne was, er, interesting.
I just cant resist messing about and playing with it.
my most succesful was coffee and walnut, only not been able to replicate the texture since. it was more like a scone. I will do it!
if it feels a bit soft I bung it back in the oven for a bit.
but thats part of the fun for me.
