oh, how I remember those days of nursing a little one! It's such hard work. I wanted to just ask you about sleep: are you sleeping at all through the night, or up lots and lots with your babe? Sleep is such a huge issue, isn't it?
I think poor sleep just wore me down, and made me feel sickly in the mornings. It gets easier and better!
I just wanted to say I think you are doing so well, and just try and have some faith in the process. You can increase browns just a bit at a time, having a goal in mind, but not forcing it all at once.
I'm sure others will have wonderfully good suggestions but I did just want to share my empathy and encouragement.
