Hi Cathy and welcome.

I just want to share my story and maybe it will help. I went to step 3 without doing step 2. I thought I know what I eat I don't need to journal. I don't what anyone finding my food journal and reading it. On and on. I just didn't seem to get step 3. Wasn't working. So I started to journal. Guess what no one read it. I started to head towards healing. I guess our bodies really need to have a place to speak.

Maybe your breakfast needs to get figured out before moving on to the other steps. It is a different concept eating more when every diet we have tried says eat less. I kept thinking I should be eating the protein amount for the new weight I wanted to be! :h6)

Have you tried making your breakfast into a shake? Seems easier to drink. At first I could not eat/drink all my food either. I was grazer ate all day long. But was able to build up to eat the proper amount and now I have 3 meals a day.

I didn't answer all your questions but maybe some of the others have experience and can help. Thanks for posting. Chloe
