Hi Jo,

This morning I had some kamut porridge with chicken, Mexican Fiesta seasoning, and some beets on the side. Other browns I have eaten recently for breakfast are lentils, creamy buckwheat cereal, and yams. I usually cook my brown in a crock pot overnight, and then add the precooked chicken and spices in the morning.

What kind of browns do you have available there in Switzerland? What kinds of browns have you been enjoying for breakfast?
